Apartment Financing and Multifamily Mortgages

We provide apartment financing on a nationwide basis on both purchase and refinance transactions.  Our typical loan size range from $400,000 - $10,000,000 (but will go down to $250,000).  Due to our volume and relationships we provide excellent rates and have access to some of the most flexible underwriting standards available today - which is key to getting loan closed in this market. 

You need to work with us because we know which sources are still actively closing loans.  Don't be fooled by the loan officer at your local bank, 90% of all sources have either stopped lending completely, or are funding only the very best transactions.  We know who the other 10% are.  This is our business.  

Multifamily Loans

Below is a brief description of the multifamily loans we offer:

·         Loan sizes:   $250,000 - $10,000,000 +

·         Terms:  3, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 30 year fixed

·         Amortization Schedules: 15 -35 years

·         Purchase Loan to Value: 75% - 85%

·         Refinance Loan to Value: up to 75%

·         Minimum DSCR: Varies by program but as low as 1.1

·         Recourse:  Non Recourse Available

·         Prepayment:  Varies by program
